IBM’s sports entertainment partnership portfolio includes some of the world’s biggest championships. IBM works closely with these event organizers to design custom, AI-powered products that enhance the fan experience.
For the 2024 US Open, IBM used watsonx and Granite AI models to instantly transform millions of tournament data points into Match Reports for every singles match, offering fans comprehensive coverage for the first time ever. To generate awareness for the new feature, my team produced a 360 campaign that kicked off with an Arthur Ashe Stadium takeover, featuring bespoke animations that brought Match Reports’ multifaceted data sources to life. Other assets included print ads, a radio spot and an IBM.com reskin.
